REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of our products and services, including digital memberships, limited inventory items, and event-based experiences, all sales are final.
MEMBERSHIPS
WHO Vault memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly).
You may cancel your membership at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for partial months.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (COOKBOOKS, MERCH)
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@whovault.com with photos.
We will review and, if approved, issue a replacement.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier.
HUNT GIVEAWAYS & EXPERIENCES
All giveaway entries and promotional experiences are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
